CONSULMET SA (PTY) LTD REACHES SETTLEMENT TO DISPUTE WITH ALFIERI AND IKOTI AND CASE WITHDRAWN
Consulmet SA (Pty) Limited (“Consulmet SA”) confirms that it has reached a settlement to its commercial dispute with Alfieri Holdings Johannesburg (Pty) Limited (“Alfieri”) and Ikoti Coal (Pty) Limited (“Ikoti”) concerning the terms of Consulmet SA’s contract with Alfieri/ Ikoti for the supply and construction of a coal washing plant.
By agreement between the parties (Consulmet SA, Alfieri and Ikoti), the terms of the commercial settlement are and shall remain confidential.
Further, Alfieri and Ikoti have wholly withdrawn their complaint.
As a consequence of the withdrawal of the complaint, all charges have been wholly withdrawn and the matter is closed.
